The Grounded Presence seminar will focus on teaching practical skills related to mindfulness including present centered attention, acceptance of experiences, clarity about internal experiences and an increased ability to manage negative emotional states.

Additionally, practices of forgiveness and compassion will enhance your ability to let go of experiences that interfere with your ability to move forward in your life while self-hypnosis practices focused on building resources and creating a healthy future orientation will be taught to facilitate growth and forward momentum.
